AI agents your team can mention in Slack

Bring your agents into the channels where your team already works. Mention one by name, and it answers from your documents and acts in your tools without anyone leaving Slack.

Why bring AI agents into Slack

  • Several agents, one workspace

Deploy as many agents as you need and give each one a name your team mentions, like @support-bot or @hr-helper.

  • Answers where the question was asked

The agent replies in the thread of the message that mentioned it, so the whole channel sees the answer and the context stays together.

  • Files read and files produced

Share a document with your question and the agent reads it. When it produces a report or a spreadsheet, it posts the file in the thread.

  • Approve actions from Slack

When an action needs a person's approval, Slack shows the request with buttons to approve or refuse, right in the conversation.

Add your agents to Slack in three steps

  1. Connect your workspace

From Squadico, connect Slack and accept the permissions it asks for. No app to code or to host yourself.

  2. Deploy an agent

Choose the agent, the channels it may answer in and the name your team will mention it by.

  3. Mention it

Invite the bot to the channel and mention the agent by name. It answers in the thread.

What Slack agents are used for

  • Internal help desk

Answer questions about IT, HR policies or expenses from your internal documents, and open a ticket when needed.

  • Sales and account questions

Look up a customer, a deal or a contract in your tools without switching applications.

  • Team knowledge

Let new joiners ask how things work and get answers from your documentation, with the source.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use several agents in the same Slack workspace?

Yes. Each agent is deployed under its own name, and a message mentioning that name is answered by that agent.

Does it work in private channels?

Yes, once the bot has been invited to the private channel. It only reads the messages that mention one of your agents.

Can the agent take actions from Slack?

Yes, with the tools you allow. Actions you mark as needing approval wait for a person to approve them, from Slack.

Do I need a paid Slack plan?

No. Squadico works with any Slack workspace in which you are allowed to install apps.
