Feature

AI agents that answer from your own documents

Import your files and web pages into a knowledge base and link it to your agents. Before answering, they look up the relevant passages, so their answers come from your content, not from guesswork.

Why give your agents a knowledge base

  • Answers grounded in your content

The agent searches your documents for the passages that match the question and builds its answer on them. This is what is called retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG.

  • Files and web pages

Add PDF, Word, Markdown, CSV and text files, or point to web pages: they are split, indexed and ready to be searched.

  • One base, several agents

A knowledge base belongs to your organization. Link it to every agent that needs it, and update it in one place.

  • Your data stays separate

Each organization's documents are stored and searched apart from everyone else's.

Set up a knowledge base in three steps

  1. Create the base

Name it and choose the model that turns your content into searchable form.

  2. Add your content

Upload your files or add web pages. Squadico reads, splits and indexes them for you.

  3. Link it to an agent

Attach the base to an agent. It now looks up your content before answering.

What teams put in a knowledge base

  • Help center and FAQ

Turn your support articles into an agent that answers customers in their own words.

  • Internal policies

HR handbook, IT procedures, expense rules: one place colleagues can ask instead of searching.

  • Product documentation

Technical guides and release notes, so sales and support always give the current answer.

Frequently asked questions

What is RAG?

Retrieval-augmented generation: before answering, the agent retrieves the passages of your documents that match the question and writes its answer from them.

Which files can I add?

PDF, Word, Markdown, HTML, CSV, JSON and plain text files, as well as web pages added by their address.

Is my content used to train AI models?

Squadico does not train models on your content. It is sent to the provider you chose only to answer a question, under that provider's terms for your key.

How do I update the knowledge?

Add, replace or remove documents in the base. Every agent linked to it uses the new content from the next question.
